Sportsfananza Rule Book and Penalty Flags for Inappropriate Videos In any sport, you must respect your opponent. Similarly, Sportsfananza emphasizes the need to respect one another’s views and other fans that post content on this site. Referees control a game on the field for any sports event and improper behavior by an athlete can lead to disciplinary actions. For Sportsfananza, we want the fan users of this site to respect one another and not to abuse this site.  We want our users to be responsible and respect one another’s views and have fun with this site. See our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Videos that are deemed inappropriate by Sportsfananza will get a penalty flag and be ejected from the site. We review the video to determine whether it violates our policies - Terms of Service, and if we have removed your video after reviewing it, we (the Referees) believe it was inappropriate and you can assume that we intended to removed it. If any of your posted content is removed, you should take our warning notification seriously. We also ask our users to bring to our attention other inappropriate videos - please flag them for us so we can review them too. A few things to keep in mind…… Sportsfananza is not a site that should be used for any pornographic or sexually explicit material. If your video includes such material, do NOT post it on Sportsfananza. In addition, Sportsfananza will works closely with law enforcement and we report child exploitation. Sportsfananza wants to provide the fan with a forum to be heard. Thus, we believe free speech is important and everyone has the right to express their views, whether they are popular or unpopular views. However, Sportsfananza does NOT allow or permit in any manner hate speech which contains slurs or the malicious use of stereotypes intended to attack or demean a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or nationality. Sportsfananza prohibits any videos that show dangerous or illegal acts, like physical violence, drug use, drunk lewd behavior in public, threats to anyone or bomb making. Sportsfananza prohibits any videos that show graphic or gratuitous violence. Do NOT post any video that shows someone getting hurt, attacked, or humiliated. Sportsfananza prohibits any videos that show violent, gross or sick videos of accidents, dead bodies and crap like that. Sportsfananza puts a high emphasis on respecting copyright laws. Sportsfananza only allows videos to be posted that have been made or that you have obtained the rights to use (proof of such rights is required). Do NOT upload videos you didn't make, or use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to. This could include a number of activities including, but not limited to, music tracks, pieces of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without their permission. Sportsfananza does NOT tolerate any type of behavior that is predatory or includes stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information. Such activity is punishable by law and anyone that is found doing these things may be permanently banned from Sportsfananza. Finally, respect this site. We hope you take Sportsfananza’s rules seriously and follow them. Violations of the Terms of Service may result in a warning notification or may result in termination of your account and deletion of all your videos and such termination and deletion is in the sole discretion of Sportsfananza. Remember, the reason we started this site is because we love sports and we hope that the users love sports as well. Let’s all have fun with this site and voice our opinions but not conduct any of the activity we list above. We hope our users use this site to provide the sports fan with a voice. We hope users respond to other fan videos, make their own videos, rate videos and communicate with Sportsfananza with comments to help make this site better. If there is a video that you don’t like or you find offending, just move on and don’t watch the video. If the video violates any of our terms or you think it is inappropriate, let us know so we can take corrective action.
